Nu-Gen offers CAMC for all our products this comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract provides peace of mind to the customer as the service contract covers regular PMs (Preventive Maintenance) and unlimited breakdown calls during the contract period. Any replacement of spares is free of cost during the contract period and excludes batteries.
Nu-Gen USP is providing the Authorised Service Provider(ASP) for various OEM with our wide area network across PAN India.
We provide timely service support for Installation/PM/Break down calls/ Batt replacement etc. We already undertaken the ASP activities for many OEM and extending our technical support to their valued customers to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
